Baby Jayden

Holy moly! I've been blessed with a very busy month, I love it! I've met some new clients that I can't wait to work with, been working on some new products (see last blog), and have met some adorable little new faces. 2 week old Jayden was so sweet and mellow for his photo shoot - and wide awake the whole time. I was so impressed with how he tolerated my posing and arranging. He didn't even fuss or cry once- I should always be so lucky :-) Not that I generally make babies cry, of course, but most babies fuss a little...Here are some of my favorites:

I couldn't resist putting this one up. His expression in the photo makes me smile every time I see it :-)

Photo album

Yay! I'm making my first newborn sample album! I'm so excited!!! (I don't know if you could tell with all the exclamation marks. LOL). Below is what the pages are going to look like. The book will be 8x8" and the pages will open up to display one panoramic image. I think I'm going with a brown leather cover...but I can't commit...too many awesome choices :-)

Becky's Bridal Portraits

Once again I've lucked out with a great model! Becky has such a great style and is so beautiful - her bridal portraits were so fun to take. Of course, we had a beautiful backdrop too. Special thanks to A Perfect Circle Cupcakery in Old Towne Orange - your shop was the perfect setting for our shoot. 

The CJ's

Another beautiful family to photograph- I am so lucky to have such great models! The CJ's, as I like to call them (yup, they all have the same initials, even the dog) are such naturals in front of the camera- they look at the baby, they look at the camera, they laugh, they hug- and I just shoot away.

Little Ashton

Just look at this beautiful little family! Baby Ashton is so sweet and easy-going. He was only 2 weeks old in these photos and he was so alert and good for his little modeling session. I think we have a Baby Gap model in the making...

Zane's a rockstar!

I can't believe my kid-friend, Zane is turning 5! It seems like his last birthday wasn't that long ago, but at the same time he seems so much older than he is. He's definitely super cool, which is why his mom decided a 'rockstar' birthday party would be perfect. Here are some highlights from his rocker photo shoot- they're going to look awesome on his party invitations!
